    Pros:

    Easy to install, works great. I'm ready for the future!

    Cons:

    None that I can tell, other than paying $25 extra.
    The Bottom Line: If you modem dies, don't get a Docsis 2.0 modem, get this one instead. It's faster and future-proof.

    Pros:

    Quiet, cool, fast, low power, stable, great web interface.

    Cons:

    More expensive than other cable modems.
    The Bottom Line: If you need a new cable modem and want to have access to DOCSIS in the future this is a very good choice.
