Perfect mid-range camera between amateur and pro

    by jbhangoo, May 06, 2010
    Pros:

Great battery. Accepts SD cards and works well with them. Quite acceptable lens.

    Cons:

High cost considering it is not pro level. Too many useless menu options.

    Nikon D90 SLR: Absolute Perfection

    by davidwclarke, Dec 06, 2009
    Pros:

The D90 takes 5.5 pictures per second. The rechargable battery seems to last forever.

    Cons:

You should purchase a hot foot nikon flash. Low light situations affect camera speed.

The Bottom Line: This camera will last for years and take thousands of quality photograhs. I can't say enough positive things about it. An all around 10 out of 10.
Review: I purchased my D90 about 6 months ago and have taken several thousand pictures with it so far.&... More

D90 adds a faster face detection to its Live View, Continuous shooting 4fps

    Cons:

The lens seems just slightly less sharp than the kit lenses from Canon

The Bottom Line: It's a fast camera that delivers a great shooting experience and first-rate photos for the money.

    tendency to over expose slightly

The Bottom Line: Go buy it!
