    Before it stopped working, it did clean the carpet well.

    Cons:

    Manufacturing problem that makes the machine unuseable/unfixable. Poor hose design. Plastic hose holder breaks easily.

    Works great on flat floors.

    To hard to use on stairs.

    Pros:

    easy to set up, looks nice, stores well

    Cons:

    loud, heavy, doesn't work, brush breaks, doesn't heat up
