    Works great on flat floors.

    To hard to use on stairs.

    Basically effective.

    Cons:

    Heavy. Hard to manuever. Expensive solutions.

    Pros:

    easy to set up, looks nice, stores well

    Cons:

    loud, heavy, doesn't work, brush breaks, doesn't heat up
    The Bottom Line: Bottom line - don't buy this. Shop around for an all around good carpet cleaner. This does not live up to it's claims... not at all!

    The unit looks nice, heat, nice size. Easy to use in my appartment.
