    Pros:

    Required to write something here. There I'm done.

    Cons:

    Multiple aggravations on several levels.
    The Bottom Line: Customer service disappointment on several levels especially technical support. I'm not a technician and never asked for technical support or the condescension that it brought. Return was also unduly difficult.
