    Pros:

    - Heavy, solid construction - Easy installation - Tilts and and rotates for easy leveling

    Cons:

    - Absolutely none
    The Bottom Line: As long as you don't need the monitor to swing up and down, you can't get a finer LCD mount. Build quality and design are superior. Highly recommended.
